In many Eastern spiritual traditions, chakras are believed to be energy centers located along the spine.

    • Chakra is a Sanskrit word that means "wheel" or "disk."
    • They are visualized as spinning vortices of energy that influence our physical, emotional, and spiritual well-being.

Key Concepts:

    • Seven Main Chakras: There are seven primary chakras, each associated with a specific area of the body, color, element, and function.
    • Energy Flow: When chakras are balanced, energy flows freely through them, promoting overall health and well-being.
