Location: In the upper abdomen, between the navel and the rib cage.

Color: Yellow, representing intellect, willpower, and personal power.

Element: Fire, symbolizing energy, transformation, and action.

Functions:

    • Personal Power: This chakra governs your sense of self-worth, confidence, and ability to assert yourself.
    • Willpower: It's the driving force behind your actions, helping you to set goals and achieve them.
    • Self-Esteem: It influences how you see yourself and your abilities.
    • Digestion: It's also associated with the digestive system and metabolism.

Signs of an Imbalanced Solar Plexus Chakra:
